  • Unfilled, color stabilized nylon 11 material that is also stabilized to prevent premature thermal degradation.
  • Parts produced from PA D80-ST exhibit superior mechanical properties.
  • Relatively inexpensive, but parts exhibit a slightly rougher surface finish.
  • Good temperature control is required to process this material.

  • PA 11 formulated for easy processing. Can be run as a drop-in replacement for other commercially available PA 11 laser sintering powders.
  • Parts produced from PA 850 exhibit outstanding mechanical properties.
  • Maximum properties may require double scanning, which is the same as for other commercially available PA 11 powders.
  • Good laser power stability is required to process this material.

  • Tightly controlled particle distribution creates a smooth surface finish and excellent feature detail.
  • Parts produced from PA 850 Black exhibit outstanding mechanical properties without the need to double scan.
  • This material also exhibits very little out gassing, which decreases the potential for “fogging” on the laser window and IR sensors.
